Your enquiries and checks

We use your name, email address, brand, website and any message you submit to answer your enquiry, provide your check and, when requested, follow up about your results. A completed Brand Signal Check can generate one follow-up email with a booking link. We share the information needed to deliver email with Resend. The check submits your brand and website to the AI platforms used to produce the results. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which processes booking information you enter there.

Site measurement

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept measurement cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics 4 and, if configured, Google Ads only store cookies if you accept. Until you choose, or if you reject, those cookies stay off and Google receives only limited, cookieless signals. With your acceptance, these services may receive page paths, campaign source and medium, campaign names, and booking or enquiry events for measurement and advertising optimisation. We do not send your email address or brand name in advertising events. Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on are kept in your browser for the visit and passed to Calendly so we can see where a booking came from. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your choices

You can opt out of a follow-up email or request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. You can also use browser privacy settings and Google ad settings to control applicable advertising choices. No measurement cookies are stored unless you accept, and Global Privacy Control is treated as a rejection unless you accept in the banner. You can avoid providing information in forms or to Calendly if you do not want it processed for those purposes.
